Workers are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never have any mini dogs made EVER. And they have an attitude when you ask for them. Then they give you an amount of minutes it would take to make and of course I come back in that amount of time and they haven't even put them in yet. I think it just comes down to them needing more help and hiring more people. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Was quoted 15 mins for mini dogs and waited over 30 mins for burnt mini dogs. On top of that more than half of them had no dog in them. Terrible place and the customer service is non existent.
I recently purchased a mini dogs. The store wasn’t busy and told me to wait 15min. After 15min, I went in and they told me to wait another 15 min. Okay I get it that they got busy during that time. So after 30min wait, I finally get to pick up my order and it was only half full cup of mini dogs. And I heard they are 6 orders behind. I think they need a better management. Like other reviewers mentioned, only one staff really working. The rest was very slow or do nothing but watch

Nice employees, and great pretzel selections. Reminds me of the 1960s when pretzels were pretzels warm and chewy with a lite touch of salt is my favorite. The lemonade is good too esp. the frozen version. A bit pricy, but delicious overall.

Went in an hour before closing and they had one cup of pretzels left and stated just do you know we aren't making anymore for the night. I could see 30/15 min before closing but an hour is ridiculous.

I used to work there a few yrs. Ago.... And the employees are rude because we didn't make sales and our hours were cut dramatically and then on top of all that we are forced to remember and say all these sales and deals (promotion and up sales) you're better off going somewhere else and truly getting your money's worth! My personal opinion!!! Oh and my overall rating on this particular store and mostly all of them is IGNF-100*.

Pretzels were barely warm and soaked in chemicals, supposedly to taste like butter, leaving a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. The cheese was just thicker than milk as I'm sure it was watered down. Yuck.
