Walking out of Walmart now even 3 minutes ago at 1:50pm on Friday 10/13/23 my husband was going to buy some pretzel bites and the two girls working were both in the kitchen area and never paid him any attention and he called out to them to get help and neither of them even looked his way so he yelled out and they still ignored him. Needless to say we left since they wanted to be rude.
I most definitely would give them 5 stars if they were open ever! It was around 12:50 in the afternoon and the sign said open at 12 pm. Two other times they were closed again. But when they are open, it is fresh and the staff are great. Just wish they had more staff and would be open when they say they are
Stefan and Carrie gave the best service. Got my pretzel right! Thank you! Service Dine in
Worst experience with “C. Furman” when ordering a strawberry and cherry lemonade. Once we received the lemonade we asked her which flavor was which. She ignored me initially though she was mere feet away and once I asked again she told me that I ordered strawberry and mango… which I didn’t. Rather than correcting the mistake she again stated “no, you ordered mango”. After asking for the cherry lemonade that I initially ordered, she reluctantly remade it and walked away. Not only did she have a bad attitude and unacceptable behavior but I also did not receive a receipt or my change back. We went back to ask for her name which she refused to give as well as not providing a managers name or opportunity to speak with one. She denied not giving my change back which I still didn’t receive and the receipt she did finally give is not even for my order. The customer service here is horrendous and uncalled for. The woman working has no business being in a customer facing position and if her position is held she needs much more than training.
This is the worst Auntie Anne’s I have been to. I came here with my gf and her family and they just wanted to get something to drink. We ordered a strawberry lemonade and a cherry lemonade. After we received the drinks we couldn’t tell which was which. We asked the lady behind the counter which drink was which and she didn’t answer. Then my gf asked if a specific one was cherry and the lady said “You ordered mango” with an attitude. First of all we didn’t order mango and we asked which flavor it was. Second you don’t go ahead and argue with a customer especially over the flavor of a drink. A DRINK!!!! Normally I don’t fret over change but not only did the woman not give us a receipt she didn’t bother to give us our change back. We confronted her about the change and she tells us we got the change back which we did not. It’s easy to tell if we didn’t receive 13 cents. So after we left the manager called us back and we explained the situation. The best he could do is offer to give us 2 free drinks and our 13 cents back. He didn’t seem to care about the attitude of the employee. When we brought up we are definitely going to call corporate he has the nerve to tell us they are a franchise. Ok and!?! This is absolutely ridiculous. Normally I don’t like to get involved with situations like this but what my family and I experienced was unacceptable not to mention horrible.
Showed up over a hour and a half before closing time to order a salted pretzel. Was told by the worker, after he finished an conversation with his friend, that he was only making pretzel nuggets for "the rest of the day". Someone should let him know that what he wants is not as relevant as what a customer wants. It appears that this location has a real problem finding good help.
Went to buy some pretzels. Two workers cleaning up looked at me and ignored me for a hot minute before one finally yelled “We’re closed!” However there was still a ton of food in the warmer at the front. I asked if I could just purchase one of the pretzels that were already made and the man proceeded to tell me “nah we’re just gonna throw those away, sorry pal.” I’ve never had a bad experience at an Auntie Anne’s before, I’ve never even left a review on a place before until now. These guys need to be retrained or something.
Always the best and fresh ! The staff is so friendly and fast!
