I dunno if they make the pretzels day in advance and just keep them under a heat lamp, or they order them from some backalley bakery. However, this is NOT the Auntie Anne's you should be going to. The only "fresh" tasting thing here was the pretzel, and as stated, it wasn't that fresh. The cheese was still so cold, it took a bit of effort to get just enough for each bite. To top it all off, the Sprite was absolutely flat. I almost like it was water at a time. Only to be corrected by the sloth-looking pre-teen that it was, indeed, Sprite. Only come here if you hate yourself.
If I could give a lesser star I would. I went specifically for their mini dogs and a blue raspberry lemonade. My boyfriend wanted cinnamon bites, may I get some bites with that cinnamon please?! I'm very disappointed as every other time it's amazing. No, not this go. The kids were arguing in front of us , like we wanted to hear all that sass. Then the kid who did help us failed to tell me it was an upcharge for blue raspberry, which I would've paid for as that's what I was craving. He had to ring me up twice because he messed up our order the first time, so there was time to add the upcharge, he didn't bother. And to add salt to the wound the one thing I wanted, the mini dogs, where beyond edible and absolutely burned. Not toasted, straight up burned. Dissatisfaction at its best, if ever I see the same people working I will never go back. I understand mistakes happen but come on standards, if they don't care hire people who do! End of rant. This in no way reflects my view on auntie Anne's just this location and this experience was garbage!
Severe lack of customer service skills, nobody enjoys working in the mall but the least you could do is not ignore someone when they can see you ignoring them? Get a new job if you hate it that much Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The teenagers working here are incompetent: mumbling under their mask, saying they'll go check on the product being cooked and proceeds to stand there with a blank face asking for our order for the 3rd time like they have short term memory loss. Service: 1
Best. Pretzels. Ever. And at a price that won't hurt your wallet! Most of the time there is a wait, BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT! The pretzels are hot and fresh. Best restaurant in the mall. Skip chicken now, sarku Japan, and other places, and come here. Your taste buds will thank you.
Every time I come here they literally have nothing available. They NEVER have pretzel dogs (big or small) and the employees are very rude. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they act like you’re bothering them when you ask them simple questions like do you have this item? If not, when can I expect that it will be ready? I won’t be visiting this location again.

I recently visited your Flatiron Store and was met by a regretful experience. I put in an online order through your mobile app and arrived 8 minutes early. I told the cashier I had a mobile order and they told me to come back when the mini dogs were ready in 10 minutes. I was fine with this and continued shopping and came back about ten minutes later. I was confronted by the manager about how it would be another 10 minutes so I waited. This was slightly bothersome because the cashier previously quoted the time for the mini pretzel dogs. I waited another 5 minutes before I noticed that the cinnamon sugar pretzels were also running out as others were purchasing them. I saw one left and jumped back into line to make sure I wouldn’t be waiting another 10-15 minutes for that. When I confronted the cashier he said that it would still be another 10-15 minutes for the pretzel dogs, at that point I was over waiting. This was past the time i was quoted on the application and I was too hungry to wait. I proceeded to ask for a refund and they said that the manager had stepped away. I waited another five minutes for the manager to come back and at this point the pretzel dogs were done. This really ticked me off as there should be a manager on duty all the time. When the manager came back I noticed he was wearing flip flops in a kitchen serving food. I know this is not safe and violates OSHA regulations. The manager insisted on making excuses and said he could not process my refund and explaining to me that the quoted time on the application is for the time I should arrive and then I’d have to wait another 15 minutes for the mini pretzel dogs to cook. He lied to me to save face and I did not appreciate that response from a manager. I was over it and just wanted my food I paid for. After 30 minutes, I left with cold cinnamon sugar bites and lukewarm pretzel dogs. I haven’t had an experience like this at any Auntie Anne’s and I enjoy the food, but after this experience I am afraid of going back to this chain because the customer service is not up to par and food safety standards are not prioritized.
very good service, quite high tax just for some pretzels Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Waited in line for roughly fifteen minutes. Watched employee show up, go to the back, come out some time later, didn’t wash hands, came to the front and plugged her phone in before helping her coworkers. Other employee didn’t have lids stocked and instead of delegating the task (to the other employees behind him) and continuing to help customers, he went to the back to find them. Food preparation area was filthy, and I’m 95% sure there were rodent droppings on the floor. Got to the front of the line only to be told they didn’t have any normal salted pretzels. At two ‘o clock on a Saturday. The employees need to be trained on how to be efficient, and how to clean. I know that they don’t make a lot of money, but it is disheartening to see such a lack of care in a place that serves food.
