My daughter and I and another lady walked in at the same time around 130, we had to wait for the two guys behind the counter to finish their conversation to even wait on us, the lady that walked in behind us left, when we finally got waited on we ordered 1 small Dr Pepper, 2 cups of original pretzel bites and 2 cheese dips, the pretzel bites were burnt and old. It was almost $26, I expect better, we ended up throwing most of it away, they were disgusting. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful hard pretzels, I highly do not recommend wasting your good money here. I can say this, my whole experience was bad. They grabbed my phone when I was trying to figure out the reward program. The Team Members were also rude too. One literally groaned when a team member asked for help. Definitely not worry the cost. I spent over 15 bucks in buying cinnamon buns and a pretzel. I can go to target and get a nice soft pretzel in their cafe. So at this point I would like my money back and my time wasted trying to order a pretzel. 0/10

Picked up a box of 9 mini cinabon cinnamon rolls. The icing was good, but the cinnamon rolls were tough and hard to cut or bite through. The inner layers were paper thin and tough, like they didn't rise properly. Our group of 4 ate maybe 3 cinnamon rolls and threw the rest in the trash. The individual ones may have been good, but the preboxed ones weren't. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I am blown away over being TOTALLY lied to by the employee! I walked in around 7pm, took a look at the pretzel nuggets in the case and thought they looked pretty old. I asked if they were old. The young girl behind the register acted like she didn't know how to respond, the young man there said "uhh.. if you consider 15 mins old..." Kind of rude.. but ok. I ordered one salted and one cinnamon and sugar. The girl rang me up and the entire time she was doing so, the guy was being obnoxiously flirtatious and kept hitting the screen on the register and messing her up. Very annoying. All that aside, I opened the bag of pretzels in my hotel room about 3 min after I bought them and they were oollldddd.. hard as rocks, under the first layer of salted nuggets, the rest were soppy and the salt had soaked into them. I was so mad that I wasted my money on these. From service to food, this was the WORST Auntie Anne's I've b been to in 30 years. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We bought a box of 4 cinnamon rolls , they were delicious , they asked if we want them warmed or no so we said not because we will eat them later and instructions were told to use the microwave ! This was the next thanksgiving breakfast ! Yummy yummy yummy Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Good pretzels they have original nuggets ,Cinnabon sugar nuggets ,mini dogs , pretzel salty and unsalted ,lemonades and coffees they even have cinnabons here .
Got there just as they were closing. They didn't have to let us shop, but they did. They didn't rush us or make us feel bad for being there 2min before the doors were going to be locked. They helped us & were friendly & fast. We made it out right at closing! The store was, as always, clean & smelling amazing. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Branson.
Came into redeem a coupon on the app , and it wouldn’t apply when it clearly was valid to redeem . I had 9 minutes left to redeem it and he said he couldn't apply a discount because it was redeemed 6 MONTHS AGO. It says valid 4/3-4/9 . Usually they would just apply the discount manually but guess he’s just lazy. He even grabbed my phone without asking when I went to show him my screen. Looked a little roughed up too. He could have just manually applied a discount , but that’s what you get when you hire people with zero customer service skills . Thanks GERALD C for no help. This location sucks . Don’t grab people phones out of their hands!

The person on the counter was totally new had no idea what I was asking for and I had to repeat multiple times. I was getting frustrated but I got that she was new so I was being patience. So she asked the guy next to her what I was asking for and he got it for her and practically just threw it in front of me on the dirty counter and again I asked the lady I wanted two please and the guy gets it for her again and he does it again throwing it but this time I knew he might so I caught it before hitting the counter. At the end she's like would you like a bag after I ordered 6 things 😒 yes I want bag. They should of took my order and place everything in a bag then hand me my order. That's how they do it in ever Auntie Anne's I've been to. I get she is learning but she had no idea about the menu. They should of had some one there to help train her not leave her alone at the counter if shes new. Not everyone will be as patience as I was. All around it wasn't a pleasant experience.
One guy staff member in particular was very rude. First, as we were trying to enter, he pushed my husband to the side as he must have been late getting back from his break and then when we got to the counter and asked for 2 garlic parmesan pretzels, he said, " what?" So I repeated my order and very rudely he stated "We don't have garlic Parmesan." We thought that was rather odd so my sister went back in and asked another staff member and she said they DO have them. When, we did get our pretzels, they were cold and very hard. What in the world has happened to customer service?
