Purchased a card to get discount at Auntie Anne’s but girl at counter said she’s not going to accept it. Why do they sell it at stores but won’t let you use it. Bad service.

The food was rock hard and is quite expensive. I've eaten at different locations and this by far is the worst!

The Perfect Pretzels. Lemonade and smoothies are awesome. You have to try fresh pretzels with lemonade/ smoothie. Great place.

One pretzel, cheese dip and medium soda came to over 10 dollars. Thats what a burger, fries and drink costs at a fast food restaurant.
The pretzel was as good as expected, hit the craving but at that price I won't be back.

Bagel dogs are always good but what is a bagel dog without cream cheese. To get cream cheese it cost $1.29 for maybe a 1/2 oz. Same price 8 oz of cream cheese from the store! Almond pretzel was meh...save your money.

I've visited this place a few times in the past few years and I am very disappointed to see what has happened to the quality of the pretzels. They used to be fluffy and salty now they taste like a slab of corn starch with one litle piece of salt that made my stomach hurt unbelievable bad and make me wanna throw up. I hope they can see this review and Improve

Rip off and lies. Asked for a cup of ice water since they have no unsweetened drinks like ice tea (don’t know why, they have an ice tea maker) and I don’t drink diet soda (artificial sweeteners are a no) but they charge me for a bottled water. When I said I asked for a cup of ice water they told me they don’t have that. Lies.

I asked for the fresh ones and the woman said no I will give you this one in front, I asked again and she said the ones in front were still good which wasn't the point! Not going again they were super rude and never refunded my card as promised since I was charged for something I didn't get even so I'll need to go back for that.

The pretzels are good. The smoothies were not what I expected based on the description. They are overly sweet and syrupy.
