No idea where the positive reviews come from, but as the owner is german I guess they ve been posted by friends. This was by far the worst food Ive had on the whole trip if not in my 12 years thailand.The Satay was just grilled chicken breast not even marinated and the curry was a watery something without any taste at all.
Really disappointing to finish a month of thailand off with this.

On our arrival in White Sands we wandered looking for somewhere to eat, on our first night, the board outside with day specials drew us in. Khao Soi, not many places do this so we were sold.
It was only 7pm, and one couple had finished eating. They seemed happy.
We sat down a lovely lady took our order.
My favourite Som Tam, Khao Soi and Crispy pork with kale.
Whilst waiting the restaurant started to get busier.
Our food was cooked fresh, the papaya salad was interesting, it had cashew nuts and dried cranberries, not seen this before but have to say was amazing 👌
The Khao Soi was delicious as was the pork and kale which actually came with rice, bonus.
We want to try other places whilst we are here but we will definitely return.
Try it out you won't be disappointed.

This place deserved a location on google maps so I added it! It’s on the main road, so you should definitely stop.
Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the lady will take great care of you with large portions and freshly made food. I had an amazing Pad Thai, cooked from scratch with very fresh ingredients.
The kitchen is right there, you could notice the care she had for quality and for her guests. The place was very clean, so was the kitchen corner.
I was about to order two dishes (appetiser and main) but she stopped me right there saying “it’s a lot, you won’t eat both”, so I only order the main. She was right, great portions and didn’t lack quality
I highly suggest paying a visit. Menu has a lot to offer and she’ll make you feel home with mama’s food.

Good Service and friendly waitress. But it's westernized Thai food. Didn't taste authentic at all. Food came too bland and not spicy at all (ordered it spicy). Khao Soi didn't taste anything remotely to what it does in Northern Thailand.
Tastes a bit like Thai restaurants in the west. Not terrible, but not good.

We were one week in Koh Chang and every evening here for dinner!
It was amazing! Very friendly and the best original Thai Food, especially the green curry was amazing. Never had a green curry like this before.

Lovely food, very attentive service, would like to see a little more spice , probably a little too inexpensive for the work put in.
A few bottles of medium quality wine would be a great addition - I would gave paid for a bottle. Really enjoyed the meal.

Very good thai food, some of the best We have had during 2 weekend in Thailand. Nice friendly service. However room could need some decorations.
