Wow, love this tucked away, small, neighbor restaurant with exceptional food. Heard about this from a chef friend and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We joined the waitlist at 9:22 with 14 people ahead of us. We were sat around 11:15. We knew there was a wait and didn’t mind and tried to stay positive (even with on and off drizzling). When we sat down we were instantly greeted and given our drinks almost right away. We ordered two dishes, the steak & eggs and the Turkish eggs. The table next to us happened to order the same thing as well as the French toast. We were told by the staff that food may come out at different times and we should eat it when we get it. The table next to us got all their food and my fiancé got his steak n eggs at the same time. Knowing what the server had said, I had no problem waiting. However, after the table next to us and my fiancé had finished their plates, I still had no food. The waiter came around and saw I had no water and said he would come around to fill it. He did not. I started seeing other tables get their food even though they had ordered after us. I tried to remain patient. The waiter came back around and asked how it was. This is when we told them we still had not gotten my Turkish eggs. The waiter seemed confused and went back to the kitchen. He came back and said someone had crossed off my dish? All in all they made a mistake and my food was coming. I sat for another 20 minutes waiting for food. Once I finally got my food I was in a pretty bad mood (I was hungry and had been waiting awhile!) so I ate my food very fast. I was hoping they would take something off the bill to make up for their mistake but they did not. That was super disappointing. I understand they are a pop up and are working hard but it would have been nice for them to acknowledge and make up for the mistake. It soured the experience for me. We left around noon. So an almost 3 hours experience that did not go great. Food was good but be prepared for a long wait and okay service on Sundays. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
