Very good location, with fair pricing. Problem is the very slow service, too few cashiers during peak season lets you wait at least 30 min just to place an order. 1 or 2 cashiers at a time is just not efficient enough. Also, watch your credit card, I got billed twice for the same transaction.... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We asked for a burger with chips , 2 vanilla milkshakes and a chip n dip. We asked our milkshakes to come with our food. Our food took 35 minutes and we had to wait another 25 minutes for the milkshakes because they forgot to make them. The food is really good though. The service was shocking, it amazes me that small entrepreneurial establishments like this think they are more important than the customer. The previous owners ran a much better shop. The food at Ashgroves is exceptional! My partner and I visited from Gauteng and we were not only amazed with the quality of food but the service as well. The owner and staff are very helpful and super friendly. There is a variety of well priced options to choose from such as wraps and burgers. I would 100% recommend this place as a quick snack to catch. I am definitely going back!
