- Food and Drinks: food and drink are nice. This is a popular place and I kind of expect more based on their popularity.
- Price: price of a standard cafe.
- Service: I think the service is a bit slow and the staff doesn't seem to be welcoming the customers. They are nice but they don't respond or give you enough info. Most of the time I need to make requests. Checking bill is also slow. Again, with their popularity, I have higher expectations 😅. I would recommend you sitting in the left side building with the popular staircase as they seems to provide better service.
- Location and Atmosphere: the location is right across the river/stream (idk). The restaurant is a 2 flat building and each side is very different. Building on the right is kinda old coffee shop style, old and less maintenance. While the left building is very popular for visitors. There's a staircase that is very popular for Instagram photos. Also no parking spot for cars. There's only 1 or 2 spot.

Very delicious food with reason price, at center of city and you can view the river when sunny day. Absolutely recommend to come here at weekend when you busy all week at Phnom Penh and looking for some place to relax and enjoy good food and wine.

The service is exemplary. Very good cocktails and food, even though the entree sizes are small. They have very appealing desserts, such as pandan creme brûlée. What a shame they don’t serve coffee in the evening to accompany those desserts.
Cute outlook onto the river. Music could really add some ambience. Limited menu. Service was very attentive and gracious. Staff beyond reproach. Local fresh meals were great. Beef salad and sea bass wonderful. Fried tapas was of varying freshness and duck fat needed to be rendered to make it a five star meal. Wines and cocktails were served promptly and cool.
