One of two local aromas, and aroma Joe's is always a 10 out of 10 doesnt matter what you get. Prices are reasonable for the area and quality is always top-notch. Staff is always pleasant and ready to serve Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Alright, Aromas. You got me! I have fallen for your strawberry banana smoothies! At this Aroma Joes location they have a fantastic staff, they are always quick to suggest items that I may enjoy, the food has never been prepared wrong from this location for me personally and did I mention their strawberry banana smoothies? What a terrible experience. It was so bad that a customer helped my family while that person at the register just stared at us. She stood at the register waiting for us, even though we were clearly new and had no idea what we wanted. The overhead menu didn't have details but like I mentioned a customer showed us that the paper menu explained what flavors were available. She was just waiting and staring at us but not helping in any way and with an air of impatience. All three of my kids don't like this place now because she made them so uncomfortable. AFTER we order and pay she comes back and asks if it is ok if we wait 10 minutes for them to clean the machine. We try to say, "no just get the kids their drinks" but she says, "um well it will only be like 5 minutes" and leaves. Twelve minutes later drinks start coming out. After all that she completely got my husband's order wrong and while he is reacting to getting obviously the wrong drink (iced vs hot) she walks away. It wasn't busy. Parking lot was empty and the road was dead because the bridge was closed. Only two of the five of us liked what we got. Kinda sad experience all around. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff at Aroma Joe's has been extremely helpful in ordering! I'm relatively new to ordering from here, and each time I've visited the staff has been super accommodating when it came to special requests (such as a larger cup size to prevent the FroJoe from melting and dripping out from the lid). The coffee is always satisfying, especially during the cold winter months! Not impressed.... The coffee is kind of weak, and after ordering extra cream and sugar it tasted like there was no sugar in it. Plus the added bonus of having a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom was irritating to start the work day. Is there really no way to make sure no grounds get into the customers coffee in 2022? The donuts taste kinda blah, maybe they were old. Nothing special here. Needlesss to say I won't waste my money there again. Tim Hortons gets it right. The people here are incredibly nice! My car broke down in their parking lot and I was left waiting for a tow truck, an employee came and brought my dad and I rushes for free and when I went in to order other employees made sure I was okay! They even helped push my car into a parking space! The facilities are incredibly clean and I will most definitely be going here again!

Very slow. The set up doesn't make much sense the ordering and paying window is 4 feet from the pick up window. So the line will be at the road and it takes atleast 20min to get your order. Why not put an intercom and order board on the parking lot side and just have one window. This has worked for dunkin donuts for years hence why there is so many of them because it just makes sense...or at least get a freaking intercom on the parking lot side so people aren't waiting 20mins.
