My granddaughter wanted to try a Korean bbq restaurant. This restaurant is pretty close to us, so we came here so glad we did! It was very good. We did the bbq, where they sat us, had a grill in the middle of the table. That was fun. We ordered rib and brisket fried dumplings, and it came with all these little bowls with samples of different things. We will definitely be back! There is much to like about this Korean BBQ place. First, everything is fresh including the meat, which can be grilled on the tabletop grill with strong exhaust fan to clear out the smoke immediately from the table. Just as impressive are their side dishes, which gets huge points when dining Korean food. Various offerings of rice for health-conscious crowd is also much appreciated. Great hidden gem in Niles. BE AWARE!! Be careful when you order their squid dish. They will bring you the small portion one but still charge you for the big portion price. They did this to me twice. 1st time was when I went for a dinner with my husband. I ordered stir-fried squid for my dinner. The server then brought me squid stone pot which also the same as stir-fried squid but it served on rice in a stone pot. The portion is small and cost less than stir-fried squid. I told my husband that it wasn’t what I wanted. We did not want to make it a big deal so we quietly ate our food. However, when we asked for the check they charged us for stir-fried squid not for squid stone pot price. I was a little confused but again we were nice about it and I didn’t asked them to fixed it because we just wanted to leave. We went back again today and the exact same thing happened to me!! We will not be back!! Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I treated my mom and sister out to lunch this weekend R Arirang BBQ, let me get into it. The food was pretty good. And being able to see my mom and sister not have to worry about cleaning up was nice. My mom said the food was food and fun sister said, she is spoiled by my mom’s cooking and the food at Arirang was just average compared to my mom’s cooking. The food was good in my opinion. The service was just okay I do think that the service can vary at times based on waitresses and the amount of customers that are in the shop. Atmosphere or ambiance like I like to call it, it was okay. I have to say the tvs with the Korean music going was nice. The seats on the other hand really are dated. Overall, the Korean BBQ here is very good and the side dishes are high quality. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food and service here is excellent. The ladies are so attentive and helpful when ordering. Definitely coming back. Love the way how they made their steam egg with extra cheese. It's worth coming here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pork Belly and Marinated Beef Bulgogi
Having been here many times over many years, I find it still one of the best Korean restaurants in the Chicago area. It has been several years since coming here, but I find it still delicious. It is a large place with many booths and tables, along with a large private room. This is a fun and active restaurant with good wait staff. They checked on our table several times. Before you go, look 👇 below and tap the thumbs up 👍. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the kalbi-tang, and it was great! The broth was savory and delicious. The short ribs were tender and tasty as well! While the overall dining experience was exceptional, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The restaurant could benefit from providing more variety in their banchan selection, as well as offering a wider range of spice levels for those who prefer milder or spicier flavors. Nevertheless, these minor shortcomings did not detract from the overall excellence of the meal. The restaurant's inviting ambiance, attentive service, and the skillful execution of their signature dish make it a worthy destination for any food enthusiast. I highly recommend this restaurant! We got the galbi that isn't marinated and the budae jjigae. If they aren't too busy, the waitress the cut the meat up for you and help you sometimes with grilling. Service was amazing, food was amazing, and they even had kpop on the screen so you could listen and watch. Sadly no Ayce but still worth for the quality of real Korean food. 👌 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OBSESSED!!!!! Truly such a delicious place . I came here from an expo with my team, and no joke, all of us came 2 days in a row because it was so amazing. The waitresses were so happy we came back and they treated us so special . Just come. Delicious.
Did not do a second round but great bang for your buck - you do need to choose a minimum of 2 proteins. The staff is super-helpful and provides good, cost-saving recommendations. Your order also comes with the usual sides, and also a good portion of Rice and even Soup. Servers also assist and cook for you for the most part. Pictured here is their Pork Belly and Marinated Beef Bulgogi which I think is a bit better than Iron Age.
