The young gentleman at the register was really nice, and the lady running the drive thru didn't say a single word but just gave me a weird look when I asked for an extra spoon for my son and I to share a really small $6 ice cream. The ice cream was sub par. It tasted icy and the cookie dough had little flavor. I probably won't come here again unless the quality improves based on current prices. The play place is nice but really small. My son didn't care, he still had fun.

Arctic Circle used to be my favorite fast food place to eat, this Arctic Circle seems to get your order wrong every time. I have not visited out of the 15 20 times I've taken the kids over there and had an order come out correctly. Very disappointed I have complained but they always say well just call us next time who wants to do that?

This Arctic Circle is my favorite. It’s clean and quiet. The halibut sandwich is better than any fish sandwich around. The rocky road blizzard is the best with hot fudge and nuts. Service is friendly and pleasant

Went in for taco salads a while ago. They are always so delicious. The staff was nice. The drink area smelled and had some weird thing sitting on the tray. We went in again yesterday to try the new Chicken BLT salads. It was definitely not what we expected. We thought the tomato would be diced up or small sections. It was a whole tomato partially cut in 4 slices. Really? Then we expected crispy bacon broken up into pieces. There were 2 limp pieces of bacon. Then, the grilled chicken was in his size pieces, but the crispy chicken was partially in strips and partially in big chunks. We had to use the flimsy plastic knife and fork to cut the tomato and to try and cut up the bacon and crispy chicken. Once we fixed our salads, we put our ranch dressing on. It tasted good, but to go through all that just for a salad in a fast food place is definitely not worth it. This was a big no for the salad. I'll go to Wendy's if I want a quick salad.

I would like to give a shout out to this location! Even though the dinning area was closed due to a shortage of workers. They still got us and many more through the drive through fast. The food was hot and delicious like always!

The crew here is so thoughtful and kind. Their customer service is exceptional.I enjoy coming here, I often go through the drive thru. I have NEVER had them make a mistake on my order and the food is always fresh. Great for a fast food establishment, I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to go to this location. I don't personally care for most of their food items, but I do go here for the milkshakes and ice cream sundays. My personal favorite is their raspberry cheesecake shake. It's not the speediest service I've had, so if you're in a hurry this may not be the place you want to stop
