We nothing was right No cheese on the beef and cheddar No vanilla in the vanilla milkshake And only 1/2 the French fries showed up in the box. Two people walked out because everyone one was not doing their job, helping customers, cleaning, cooking and don't get me started about the girl that dropped a bite and with her bear hands picked it up and put it in with the others and sent out with order.. I came here to give a shout out to Mrs Ashley Gary! She showed AMAZING customer service tonight! I was just so thankful to come in contact with such a caring person at a fast food place, stopping after a long day at work. Also delivering all fresh, hot food! Whoever taking order never came back to intercom to get order. Had us sitting at the drive thru intercom for a long time. Also, had cars behind us and they left too. Step your game up and have better customer service. Smh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Road-trip got us stopping for a potty break (dog included as Love’s truck stop has a dog park), fuel and a quick bite to eat. Connecting fast food chain got us enjoying the traditional roast beef sandwich nicely piled high on a sesame bun. Both the bun and the beef seemed a tad over cooked, drier, but with the right amount of Arby’s sauce sandwich was doable. A side of their white cheddar macaroni was heavy, as the elbow macaroni seemed lost in the thick soup. A no for me. Restaurant was clean and service was fast. We are from PA and hit Arby’s regularly when we are out. This is the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so perfectly piled on the roll!! The employee ms are SO nice and it’s very clean! Ordered online. I was late picking my food and it wasn't ready. Every drink I tried to get splashed on me and the nozzles fell off. One fell in my cup. I told the crew. No one even attempted to fix it. I got a drink from the drive thru fountain. I will not be returning. I don't live in the area but I do work in this area. Don’t bother ordering during shift change 10pm-11pm. Stopped by several times during “shift change” and am blankety denied service. The employees never can tell you how much longer they need and are pretty much just comfortable saying it at this point. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped for a quick gas refill and food pitstop. If you are travelling on the I 20 E then take the exit 87 for Arby’s as all the previous exits were closed for dining in. This had the dining in. In the hurry to travel back could not take pictures of the food, however do try the Jalapeño fries there is cheese inside it and it is amazing along with the marinara sauce. Try the mozzarella sticks as well along with the marinara sauce. I tried the classic chicken which is a safe bet and never goes wrong. My family tried the fries, fish burger, beef and the smoked bacon. Next to Arby’s is Love’s for all quick pickup like fresh fruits and on the way munchies. Do try the Brazilian Coffee as I did and personally liked it.

Two employees and the dining room was open. The restaurant was extremely clean. Everything looked brand new. Fries were hot and fresh. The roast beef was the most tender I have ever had at an Arby’s. Excellent customer service. I’m not sure what the difference is from my visit and others, but everything was fantastic tonight. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The past 4 times I have visited this location they are either “switching shifts” and won’t take orders for an hour or they saying they are closed after an employee is pretty much sleeping at the booth. These are times at 10pm, 10:30pm, 12am, and 1am. Assuming they are a 24 hour store i have not been able to order at the times listed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
