Terribly slow service in the drive thru. 20 minute + wait at the drive-through. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. I sat at the drive-through with no one in front of me, I was at the speaker, for 20 minutes, constantly being told. Wait a few minutes. Wait a few minutes. Wait a few minutes. No reason as to why, no apology, no please. listen up general managers you get what you tolerate. If you refuse to let people go because of poor customer service, that’s all your customers will get. and to top it all off, they get the order completely wrong.
