My experience at this location was abysmal. I asked for crinkle fries and got exactly half crinkle and half curly in the box. They tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile, like they couldn't be bothered to make any fresh. My roast beef was ok, but I've definitely had better. The girl running the drive thru was monotonous and didn't ask if I wanted any sauces and just overall didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Very disappointed. I had the Reuben sandwich meal and it was very tasty. I felt that there could’ve been more of the sauce on the sandwich. Curly fries Were fresh. My husband had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. He said it was flavorful but could have used more onion rings. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Overall experience is always good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is always fresh and tastes great. But I do have 2 concerns. I never have time to actually go inside and order my food so, it's always the drive through for me. I know making the fresh to order takes more time but I just can't seem to figure out why exactly it takes 10-15mins or longer when (in my case), it's simply taking an already baked/cut bun adding already cooked roast beef and cheese, wrapping it in paper and putting it in a bag. I just wish the drive through time wasn't so daunting every time. Lastly, I know this is a corporate food chain but the prices are ridiculously high. Nonetheless, I love the food and the stuff are pretty great with giving good customer service. Everything was OK. Store was clean, service was fast , employees were so nice. Only thing somewhat not good was I ordered chicken strips and I saw some pink in the bigger strips. The smaller ones were cooked all the way. Might want to cook the larger pieces longer. Would love it if Arby's would bring back the Ham n Cheese Sandwich. That was my favorite. It's ok. The market fresh sandwich is supposed to be a big club sandwich. It had one half piece of the end of a lettuce head and a thin mini tomato and a half slice of cheese. The employees don't seem to enjoy working there either. If you don't like a job. Quit and find one you like. Don't take it out on the customer and lose quality for the owners. I was really disappointed with the food I received today. The chicken bacon sandwich was not very hot, it could have been better and I really did not like it. The fries were not fresh and they were all clumped together which made eating them quite unpleasant. The service was ok, not the best and the employees I saw really did not act very professional. As I was sitting eating I noticed an employee in the back of the restaurant SLEEPING and he was snoring very loudly. Plus the floors were very dirty around the chairs. I don’t feel like I will be going back to Arby’s anytime soon not when there are much better restaurants in Branson. Definitely clean dining and bathrooms overall especially considering its fast food. I came on a Saturday around 7-8 pm …. a sweet young gentleman helped me and was very polite. Engaged in a short conversation and even complimented me a couple times :) sweet kid. They got my order correct (I’m picky and have substitutions) it came out quick and was great. I ordered a ruben, small fry, and a medium drink. My Fry's and drink were perfect but when I opened my Ruben this is what I see, now everything on it was correct, it's just of different bread. And I am okay with that but the workers never told me it was on different bread. If they did I would have ordered something else. And I couldn't even go inside to get something elaw as I was on my way to work and this was my lunch.
