Big ooph.. They had a new shift change and said they wouldn't serve us for 10-15 minutes. So, we waited. You'd think after the shift change you'd get fresh food but, no 😅. The fries were from last shift for sure, the sandwich meat looked..overcooked, floppy and sad. We go to Arby's when we can and it does not look like that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Being honest here.. they told us they had no roast beef. The order I did receive was not up to par for Arby standards. Management may want to investigate this. The smell of weed came out of the drive thru window today! Asked for curly fries and this is what we got Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
