I wish zero stars was an option. Went there at 9:20pm on 1/4/24. The two man and woman employees were extremely rude for no reason. They did not even know their own menu. Their attitudes were so nasty we left. Too afraid they would spit in our food or do something to it. Who hired these people? I guess the owner hires whoever answers the ad. They had the worst attitude with customers for absolutely no reason. We will never go back. Service: 1

The best Arby's I've ever been to. The young man at the drive Thru is very well spoken and extremely polite. I go to this location a lot and I'm happy even he's working, he gives the best fast food customer service I've ever received, he deserves recognition. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I dropped by my local Arbys today. I go there occasionally and I’m usually very satisfied with the service and quality. They dropped the ball today. While the service through the drive through was very good. The chicken sandwich I received was a real let down. I didn’t notice what I had until I took a bite. Then I dawned on me that the piece of chicken was about half the size of the bread. Is this the new normal? It was bad enough that the new price for a small combo was almost $10. Bernard was the employee at the drive thru. But y’all I think there was a good chance he was the only employee in that entire restaurant. It was late and you know how nowadays you’re lucky if someone even answers the drive thru after 9pm, right? Well, Bernard answered right away, was very nice, and our food came out hot and fresh. I don’t know how he did all that by himself but thank you Bernard, you’re awesome. I think it all comes down to customer service. if you got the job then you should at least like other people and try to be respectful.the attitude I got at the window for asking questions was ridiculous. And when you give food out at the drive through, it's best to double check to ensure you gave your customer everything. I ordered two sets of mozzarella sticks and no marinara sauce. At the Arby's, located at 8980 University Blvd., North Carleston, SC, today at 1pm., I stopped in to the lobby because I wanted something extra added to my order and the server was courteous, quick and went out of her way to make sure my order was the way I wanted it. I believe her name was Angel or Angie or something close to that. Thank her for making my day...it was refreshing. The food and service is normally good but the young man was making my food one of his co-workers was asking him a question and he pulled the ear plugs out of his ear and put them back in and continued making my sandwich so I asked the manager to do it and she apologized and she made it herself . I tried the hamburger there and it was raw when I bit into it because they put it in the deep fryer not on a griddle.
