Me and my daughter at dinner here and the jalapeño bites was warm not hot. The beef and cheddar was delicious. My daughters nuggets and fries was good. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Hopefully next time they will make my food hot. Past visits has been 5 start service with a smile.

So bad. I'm 57 year old Hispanic male I'm a 3rd generation born. In USA I walked in to store.stand for 10 minutes she didn't shey nothing finally she come to the register she just stand don't say a word. So I decided to order . But the next customer of course he was white. She goes sir haw are you sir big difference. Just to let you know. All the family veterans n fire fighters en law enforcement officers . veterans. We go to this location because the food is always great. But one manager doesn't seem to care about Veteran discounts. The female manager, I think her name's Amanda. She is AWESOME. I have been here twice since I started my new job here, in Shelbyville, Ky. both times I came during the lunch hour and I was amazed at how fast yet accurate they processed It was obvious this was a HomeTown favourite and many of the dine-in customers seem to know each other as friends from the community and it was a very warm and friendly environment. The store was clean and the food was prepared as expected. I highly recommend this location! Me ordered meal. But the person rang it up as by them self. When we tried to tell them the employe was very rude. To make matters worse when they gave us our missing food he threw it at us. Food was horrible, place is dirty . Convinced the manger is racist she toke a long time to attend us and even walked past us a couple times but greeted other customers as they came in. I’m just very angry the website says they close at 10 I get there at 20 till 10 and they’re closed. That’s like false advertising!! Really I practically killed my self to get there and actually made it and they closed anyway. When you post a closing time, “THAT SHOULD BE WHEN YOU CLOSE”. So I can’t even put a review on the food. Places like this actually start closing up way before even when they close at the proper time, they shut down shake machines, etc. when actually they shouldn’t even start the closing process until closing time. In my profession we never close, I’m a nurse and was trying to get food on my way to work. Closing time should be what’s posted, not when some immature child decides “let’s leave early” that’s not fair. I wasted my time and gas. And honestly this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with that store. Service: 1

I’ve been to many Arbys in my lifetime… this one though? This one is truly special… they had more than just “the meats”. It was a late Friday night, at the end of what I think was a dinner rush… The family in front of me grabs their food and leaves… leaving me the last person in the store and then I see him; the smartest, kindest and most respectful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. His glistening ocean colored orbs met mine for a moment as he takes my order (2 roast beef sliders and a large curly fry, extra Arby’s sauce.) His voice reminding me of angels singing… I felt myself melt in his presence… I even decided to compliment his “he/they” pin and he got so excited. He then took my money, I typically hate paying with cash due to the amount of time the process takes but this young gentleman gave me perfect change in a span of just seconds… truly astonishing. After a few minutes my bag is handed to me… our hands touch for a moment and I blush…. I look away in embarrassment before sitting down to enjoy my food. The curly fries are nice and hot and the sandwiches taste incredible, especially after I add the addition Arby’s sauce on it. I finish every bite and enjoy every second of it before throwing away my trash, I even go so far as to ring the bell to show appreciation for the amazing work. 10/10 will be coming again. This is my new favorite Arby’s restaurant in the entire world, will definitely be back for a round two… until then, I will be craving the meats from the gay Arbys. Dinned outside on the patio and I will say that my Grandson did better than he would have if we'd went inside. I'm grateful that we had the option to eat outside. The service was great and fast with our order right and food was perfect temperature. Enjoy eating here. The service has been very good, they seem to care about giving the customer satisfaction. One item we order was not completely available. They had one by not two. We was over offered same item but different flavor. Or another item we order to give us one extra of those items in replacement. Or the money on the one item. Well it was something dear to our heart it was a sweet thing. We had to something for dessert, we decided the same item but different flavor. Well we got the entire order plus the replacement. The money back for the item that they only had one. Plus the extra item as well. Service appreciated not expected because it was so much extra, a manager is the one I believe giving us the food and options. Whom ever waited on us thank you.
