My husband and I stopped by this Arby's location for a quick dinner while out Christmas shopping. Pleased to see it had been recently been renovated and now looks so sleek and modern. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out quick, hot and fresh I ordered a strawberry milkshake in the way out with no whipped cream and when the gentleman brought it to me he took one look at it and realized it had whipped cream, and even though I told him I really didn't mind the whipped cream, he insisted that he remake it. Overall, we had a great dinner from Arby's, I do love that French Dip and who doesn't love the legendary Arby's curly fries, with fast and friendly service! My sister, husband, and I ate lunch at Arby's after going to see The Blind. I had fish. My husband had their newly advertised steak and cheese. And my sister had a gyro. My husband ate less than half of his sandwich. It was oozing with something that looked like gravy. I tried it and it was nasty. Don't waste your money on this one. 11 dollars for a sandwich that doesn't even resemble what their commercials show. My sister was up all night in the bathroom..throwing up and stuff. The gyro made her stomach hurt almost immediately. My fish was ok, but I am glad I wasn't very hungry. Usually Arby's is a treat..we tried something new..probably will stick with their chicken salad when they have it ..and eat somewhere else when they don't. I never been to this Arby's. But I'm glad I did. I took my food home, but it was still delicious. The Smokehouse Brisket was really good and the service was fast. As well as friendly. They didn't have a lot of people there at the time. But there should be more. It's a good place to eat.

For some reason, sometimes Arby's gets a bad rap, but I've always liked their food. The staff at the David McLeod Blvd store are cheerful and attentive, and the dining room usually isn't crowded, at least when I've been there at the 4 pm zone. Service is what earned the stars. Ordered a medium roast beef and clearly did not get that. Hate wasting my money on something I didn't get. Update Visited again weeks later during the day, totally different experience. Inside sparkling, food HOT AND FRESH and exactly the way it is supposed to be.

1st time here. Stopped going to Arby's since they haven't put the sauce on the beef and cheddar sandwiches. Today was the day! Best beef and cheddar in a long time!
