I asked for everything fresh. I didn't know how long the fish was there, and the manager asked if I wanted the fish fresh. I said yes, and she did it. She was very happy to do it, and I really appreciate her. I will definitely be back! Locked doors at 6 and they only had drive thru operating And told up after they had 4 cars ahead waiting they were not taking orders again (at the voice only spot before the window) for 20 minutes Worst crew ever except for sonic who has open forescent sign at 5 pm n o one is there though it's all lit up The quality of the rochester work pool is zero Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This particular Arbys was out of many food items. No fish, no turnovers, no coffee!! We were frustrated and decided to get dessert somewhere else. We did get the beef and cheddar meal and an Arbys classic meal which were delicious.

This store is awesome. And I love the way the employees treat doordashers. It's hard to find a place that doesn't get frustrated with us. The lady was even so kind as to give me a free wrap as an appreciation. I just want to say thank you to Arbys and there team.🤘😎 Keep up the good work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely ridiculous stopping here this night. Everyone behind the counter fought on who was going to take our order. Then we had placed a mobile order to take home to our families back in Rochester, and the entire crew was arguing and cussing over that order while we were sitting in the restaurant eating our dinner. Was the worst experience we had ever had. Arby's if you are reading this - you need some new people at your Batavia location. I tried the Buffalo chicken wrap. Ingredients in wrap was good but the wrap is like eating leather. Vhate does not describe how I dislike the outer wrap. Curly fries were FRESH and delicious. Drink was strawberry lemonade and quenched my thirst. I will not eat the wraps anymore. Rest of selection in food will bring me back. Waiting forever in drive thru, could have had them pull up and let me get my food. But that would require you to think fast. Mozzarella sticks tasted like grease, maybe change your oil, u could yell they sat and waited for me. Not hot or yummy. Ya'll need to step it up. Its fast food fast, not fast, food slow. Ugh. I love this place! Friendly staff,clean dining area, fresh food. Soda bar is currently out of order so staff gets drinks/refills. New menu items inuding a rib sandwich, a brisket sandwich (that was phenomenal!) And reese's peanut butter cup cookie.
