To the kid at the drive through wearing a hoodie. You are not Eminem. Stop trying to look at act cool and do your job. Shame on the management for not training this kid up and teaching him how to perform good customer service!!!! I showed up with my family (8 year old daughter & 5 year old daughter) on 03/01/2024 at 9:38 pm and the shift manager refused us service, she saw us pull in, I parked by the door temporarily, I exited my vehicle & checked the hours of operation on the door, and verified that they were open, I proceeded to park my vehicle, the shift manager rushed to the door at 9:40 pm & locked the door in our faces and rushed away, I most certainly would hope that the store manager checks the cameras, this is horrible customer service, I will absolutely be contacting the corporate office about this Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
