Today was the 4th time I have come to this location to find the lobby closed but the drive thru open, this is ridiculous! Either hire more people or permanently close the lobby or just close the location! Tired of wasting my time walking up to the door to find it locked, from now on going to Wendy’s! Not real sure what was going on at arbys tonight but I place an online order and got there to pick it up, ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. They ended up not having any curly fries so I hot stuck with the crinkled fries, 1 of the sliders looked like somebody squeezed it, it even hand what looked like a closed hand print on it. I ordered my husband the double beef an cheddar but got the regular one. But hey... I got a free strawberry shake.. that ended up making my husband sick. Do not waste your time here. Ordered a rueben sandwich with no meat and wasn't cut in half. Upon arriving at the location all the employees were behind the restaurant passing around a cigarette. This location needs to close down. The location on McFarlane manager and staff are great and good is consistency well prepared. Re Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went on my birthday to get my free shake and food and once again online ordering was down and restaurant can't meet the online deals. Switch and bait. Now I see why America businesses are going bankrupt no customer service. Arby's lost this customer. Bye bye UPATE: called and spoke with Joshua the manager. Very concerned and advised he had no Ricky working at this store. Was to review video but was very concerned about customer service. Changed from one star to three stars. BAs explained to him if lobby is closed please update the online ordering system. I prefer to wash my hand before I eat after traveling all day. Joshua treats the customers with care and ensures the order is correct Ordered on line for pick up 6:35 pm. Arby's doors where locked and had to wait in line to be verbally abused by Ricky the manager when asking why the doors are locked. Never received my order. If operating a business on an exit with truck stops etc catering to travelers keep the doors open. Great food, quick and pleasant service. My only disappointment is that they don't separate the fish from the fries in the fryers. I ordered through the app in front of the store to take advantage of a coupon. I encountered some difficulty with completion of the order…or so I thought. I walked in the restaurant and someone asked me if I was there to pick up an online order for (insert my name here) and then apologized because it wasn’t ready yet. And it had only been a couple of minutes since I had placed the order! Amazing customer service and as always, the food was great!
