I went through the drive up at about 145 in the afternoon. There was only one car a head of me and one behind. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich and a order of Mac and bits and 2 large cokes. I took the food to my husband for his lunch. The bits were burnt to a crisp and the sandwich was the ends pieces of the roast on a rider bun. Not even what I ordered! I got one coke and some kind of diet drink. This the second time in 2 weeks that we have gotten bad food and not what we ordered or missing parts of our order. We will not be going back! Not worth the money and lousy service. Great Arby's in Torrington. The staff were friendly, fast and thorough. The only knock I have is they didn't have the bacon cheesesteak, but that isn't enough to take a star away from them. I went to this location at 9:46pm FRIDAY OCTOBER 27TH 2023. They close at 10pm. Whoever that young lady was who took my order of 2 milkshakes was very rude in the way she spoke to me in the drive through as if she's upset someone came close to closing time to buy from this franchise. The managers lie to the workers an don't care about the employees and the managers drink and do drugs in the bathroom and there acusing me for that stuff and the managers steal money from the cash drawer and they have a attidue problem and they have not train me at all only how to bag orders and take from the register and they drop food and put it back in the fryers and the employees are rude they cusing at me and I ignore them and they Givin me a ride up for cussing and the gm is mostly on her but on her phone every day and Heather has a addatued and drinks in the female restrooms and the rest of them of the managers and employees aka katir kearen and others smoke and Tiffany smoke weed in the back . Went through drive thru late ordered 2 rb sandwiches, mozzarella sticks and drink. Was not asked about sauces or marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks. Got down the road and no rd, horsey or marinara sauce. Drive thru should be trained to ask every time. Usually Arby's is an easy 4 or 5 star visit but no sauces is a big error. Here during lunch hours. Service was fast, food was hot and good. Fries were even fresh. The guy taking my order was super friendly. Management better hang on to him, before someone recognizes his great customer service skills and hired him away! I’ve noticed they are using “My pleasure” from Chick-Fil-A which is a small, but noticeable and welcome surprise. Restaurant, booths, tables were clean for time of day. Great job crew. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed today! 👍
