2/1/24 My last few visits have not been as satisfactory as what I've come to expect from this location. I'm not sure if it's Arby's in general that has changed quality or suppliers or if it's because there is a new general manager there now, but it's a disappointment for sure.
6/25/23 I am sad the potato cakes are now gone too. I enjoyed them very much. The remodel looks great! The staff at this location are always amiable and the service is quick even if there's a line. We will continue to frequent this location.
I like arby's quite a bit... but they got rid of my favorite sandwich 😒 so I'm looking for a new favorite... but the cheese sticks never disappoint and the curly fries and potato cakes are yummy... plus I always meet very pleasant staff at this location so I will continue my patronage with them... I do wish they'd bring the chocolate turnovers back too though

I ordered boneless spicy honey bbq chicken wings along with fries…well the fries were placed in box with wings. The fries were soggy with sauce, the box was also soggy from the fries and chicken. When I called and spoke to the gentleman- he said “Corporate office wants them served that way”. Very disappointed! First bad experience there!
