Place my order online at 6:20 pm. Set the food would be ready in 5 minutes and it took me 10 minutes to get there. It's 6:45 and I am still waiting to get my order. Half of the stuff is sitting on the heating rack waiting for the other food to be done. I understand if it was busy but it is not. Indescribably bad. Slow staff that makes you come inside after using the drive through. And this Fish Sandwich is one of the worst things I've ever tasted - not remotely edible (unless you like very chewy fish flavored gummies covered in nacho cheese on a soggy stale bun). This must be the worst Arby's around. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We tried the new Mac N Cheese Bites, and they were awesome!! We went for a late night snack thru the Drive Thru. Everything was hot and delish!! The staff was quick and gave a very accurate time frame of when our food would be ready! Thanks for the great food, Arby's!
