I agree with the above review stating "if I could give 1/2 star I would"... I should have known, when the drive thru was empty and my food was ready as soon as I reached the window... That's $32 (for 3 people) I can't get back and 3/4 of it literally went in the garbage! Imagine biting
into a brisket sandwich that is not even lukewarm with a dab of BBQ sauce on a super dry bun and pulling out a mouthful of gristle.. Nearly every bite spit out! The chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting out all day.. My mom tried to cut a bite with a knife and it was so dry she couldn't eat it. So basically we each ate a shake for dinner (which was delicious apparently because you can't let that sit under a light all day)... My husband summed it up like this "you can't make a sandwich like that by mistake.. You've got to see the fat in the meat".. It's been years since I've eaten at Arby's... Never again.

I asked my door dasher to get me 6 honey mustard and she almost got kicked out by these idiots. Arby's will forget half of your order. They forgot my honey mustard and french dip saise from my sandwich. I don't recommend Arby's.

There is something to be said about a town, city or civilization who's parents can't muster enough of their teenage progeny to get a job to better their community.
Case in point, managers for Arby's and Burger King of Heber both couldn't get enough staff to open the dinning room and just kept the drive throughs open. That's great for the general populous but not for a 75 foot tractor trailer's driver who just drove 500 miles from Denver and looking for a hot meal.
Elitism at it's finest.

I didn't expect dog lovers, but they were. They have dog treats. That's a big hit for me and my pups. This Arby's has a great crew and the food was good too.

Arby's Signature Sandwiches
If I could Give a ½ star I would. No Garbage Cans for their Garbage and I was told to tell the manager. The Curly Fries were mostly thin crunchy strips and the meat was dry. Very disappointed that they had no garbage cans available for customers!
We always have decent food, i dont go in often but i happened too yesterday and let me just say what a filthy place.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting i wish i would have had my phone to take pictures. The sink was so gross im not even sure my hands are clean after i washed them bc the faucet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The floor and toilet seat had pee all over it and who knows what else…. I didnt even dare sit down. If i didnt have to pee so bad i would have waited. The floor was pretty nasty i noticed as i was leaving in the main restaurant area and the tubes that you get condiments from (barf) do they get washed thoroughly? Ever?
The soda fountain was a sticky mess.
Its really making me question what things look like in the kitchen…….and i get food regularly from here. definitely makes me question if i will continue.

Our food was barely warm. I couldn't finish my cheesesteak sandwich which was swimming in cold sauce! The lobby is ICE COLD. Tables were all dirty. Bathroom is a deep freeze!
