I stopped by Arby's a couple of times in the past few months. Today the young lady working at the front. Taking the orders was excellent at her job. She was super friendly and very very helpful. Sitting in your Drive thru not another person in line or in lobby get to the window and while I was paying I'm hearing another employee yell at the employee paying me out to pull it up repeatedly and When he ask me to pull up I replied No the "Manager" came up and said I need you to pull up bc I'm waiting on chicken.. when I said No again the window was then slammed shut and have been waiting ever since.. and I'm watching my beef and cheddar grow cold in the bag that it was placed in.... All the food is good here but sky high prices unless you get the coupons to save money. You rarely have to wait for your order and plenty of seating inside. I went on the 18th of this month was very disappointed. My French fries were cold my chicken sandwiches or chewy on the outside of the patty even my mozzarella sticks weren't as fresh as they should have been. 34 dollars is way too much to pay for food that shouldn't have been served. Granted the manager changed my food for fresher food but along with the fresh food came a little bit of a attitude from the person preparing the food and the person on the register. Won't be going again anytime soon. The last 3 times they messed up my order,and was out of what I wanted. The 2nd time I called and they said to come all the way back and they would fix my order and give ma a coupon for my next time . So I did and they didn't even give me a fresh order! So my food was cold and they just replaced the wrong item,and no coupon 😒 !!! Service was so off. Guy nearly had a breakdown when we tried to order. I gave a $100 (cash) I was asked for other types of payment. I said no. So I waited for my change and food all while looking at my milkshake melt in the window. But burger wassss good! First time having Arby’s

Danielle was very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. She cleaned the dinning room tables whenever she wasn't busy taking orders. She even bagged my fries separately so they wouldn't spill. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I'm editing my review. This place has gone down hill 100% from what it was 2 years ago. I walked in and it was disgusting see my photos of bags sitting out in the open for anyone in the public to handle. I'm done with this dump.. Never again.
