I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. Because I'm never happy with the quality of food compared to the price. I usually regret coming here every time. Today... at this particular Arby's, the staff was quick, friendly, answered my questions with a smile, and the food was great. I'll come back to this Arby's. No other Arby's. But this one cool. Pull up to the window and pay for my food. The woman who took my payment asks me, "ok please pull around to spot #1 and we will bring your food out" Me - "If it's ok I will sit here because there is nobody behind me in line" Woman- "FINE! IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU".... 30 seconds later, I can hear through the window 3 employees laughing histerically, and the rude woman hand me my food smiling.... I couldn't even eat it for fear of her putting spit, or hair, or dirt or something in my food.... Everytime I have been to this location this woman is rude and angry. I didn't see her name but she has glasses, short and heavy set and needs to be fired...
