I went there 2/10/2024 for take our dinner, the wait was long as they only had one shift manager and two worker bees. Ordered out meals, long wait to get the meals, when it was being bagged up my roast beef and cheese sandwiches were wrong so they had to remake them, while the other food was ready, when they were done and i was given the food I got home to discover that the curly fries were cold and my sandwiches appeared to not be remade, if they were they changed how they do the roast beef as it wasn't shaved and the lack of cheese made it worse. To spend 24 bucks for 3 sandwiches a curly fry and one bottle water is ridiculous and OUTRAGEOUS, and when I had to wait so long to get the food and it wasn't that good and cold makes it a bad experience. This is the first time we have eat there in about 2 years, we would t be back anytime soon of ever. This food is already highway robbery food and they skimp bad on the portions but to continue to raise the prices and give the customers cold unacceptable food is NOT GOOD BUSINESS !! We would have been happy if they wait resulted in good tasting food that wasn't cold or lack of portions on the beef and cheddar sandwiches. Spent $ 40 on food that was cold and nasty. Tossed it out when I got home. Very short drive. All fries were just cold old cold old cold old!!!!! Brisket sandwich was room temp and dry. One bite and in the trash it all went. This is the 3rd and last time this will happen. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Bread was stale and Chewy, the wait for the food (small order) was almost 40 minutes. It would have been nice if they told us before we paid that it was going to take 40 minutes (the quality of the food was definitely not why it took so long). The staff today was amazing. They are severely understaffed. None of the employees showed frustration. I waited about 20 to 30 minutes on an order. Im not mad at the employees. Im mad at the owner. Seriously. Raise your wages and get you some more employees before you lose all of your customers. Thats not how you run a business by running a skeleton crew and stressing out your current employees because without them you wont have a business to run. This place reminds me of a high school cafeteria overrun by students acting exactly like students. Quality of food has diminished greatly over the last year. Officially done with Arby's as an entire company. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visit this Arby's every now again, it's the closest one to my house. And compared to all the Arby's locations in or near Battle Creek I'd have to say its definitely the biggest and nicest. The last time my fiance and I visited we ordered a new sandwich and had an order that was made wrong from the time before and they happily replaced it with no issues at all. And the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I'm unsure of the young man at the counters name but he was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.

There’s a reason all their employees walked out months ago and clearly things are not better. This place can’t keep help it’s always new people. The training is horrible. I have yet to go through the drive thru and receive my order correctly. Today they didn’t even take half my order. I guess you can’t mess it up if you don’t even take the order right? Me and my husband only spent 26 for two people and the food was worth it. We had just gotten back in from Kalamazoo Bronson and needed food that actually had flavor and wasn't dry. I know I didn’t just drive all the way here from 20 minutes away for them to close 10 minutes early. Car still here in the parking lot, lights still on, and ignoring me. This is why I like the other one better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
