Enjoy nicely cooked roast beef, roasted sandwiches and gyros at this fast food when you happen to be near it. Unfortunately, the staff is cheerful as most visitors mention. Fast service is something guests agree upon here. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is spectacular. But Arby's has been rated below average by Google.

I had the crispy fish sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh and hot. The fish was a nice flaky whitefish, and the tartar was good too, not overly sweet like some. Staff was not interested in moving fast at all. Took about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the counter, and another 5 minutes for someone to shuffle over to take my order. Then it took a full 10 minutes to get my order. I watched them put fries in the bag that had been sitting there since I had walked in. I asked for fresh fries and they told me it would be ANOTHER ten minutes so I said screw it and took the old fries so I could leave. This is the only arbys in the area and it has ran like this since I moved here so I don't expect it to get any better. I only eat maybe once every 6 months and it is not worth it every time. We needed to grab something to eat on the way home and Arby's in Gardner Ks is almost our automatic choice. This visit was as good as the ones before and the food was great!
