The service is usually great here. The workers are always kind and welcoming. I can't recall ever having a bad experience here. The guy at the window had many tattoos, even on his face, but I think that's great that they don't judge potential employees for something like that. He seemed like a really nice guy. Just stopped in for a quick bite for a cross country commute as Arby’s is usually my go to for road food. Highly disappointed. Not only did they forget the beef and cheddar, which was half of the order for my wife and I, but they also left out the Arby sauce that I specifically asked for 6 packets. To top it all off they were having a staff meeting so there was literally like every employee there and they still screwed it up. They don’t even have a phone number to ask for a refund. Don’t waste your time.

So I drove 20 min to get this food and when I got there at 9:50pm they told me they were closed all tho the website shows they close at 12. Well it wouldn’t be problem if they told me nicely but couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional the lady was. She acted like i was her worst enemy for showing up that late. Defiantly HR should be involved since they close earlier than what they suppose to. Just fyi they probably close at 8pm so don’t show up and pay attention to the website time.

I haven't been to Arby's for breakfast in some time, so this morning I had the opportunity. I originally ordered a Ham & Cheese Croissant with Egg. $5.85 😳😱🤯 I was floored! I opted for the Ham & Cheese Croissant, NO EGG, $3.99😳🤯. Even during the pandemic this was under $2. If you do the math, that's $1.86 for one egg!!! What made matters even worse was that the Croissant was stale and dry. It was also cold! Needless to say, I won't be stopping at this Arby's again or any other. These prices do nothing but scalp the consumer. Extremely sad, I've been going to Arby's since '60's. Another great place down the toilet. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The employees here are about as bright as 7.5 watt light bulbs. They also take the time to stalk old employees on social media as well. Wouldn't recommend eating or working here. Also the food tastes like garbage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
