The gentleman working the inside was very pleasant and made my experience very nice! He brought the food out to the table like a restaurant! I even saw him go over and hold open the door for an elderly couple he saw walking towards the door. My Beef & Cheddar meal was delicious! The employee who helped us at the drive thru window was extremely upbeat and cheerful. Really made me feel great. They also got our very large 8-person order with multiple special requests completely correct, which is rare for us since we are such a big, picky family. No complaints on the food quality - it was as good and fresh as any other Arby's. When inside got a number one double and a number 11 two large fries. The 11 was okay the fries were all pretty stale hard and the number one almost half of the meat was too tough to chew like it been sitting out for a long time. The guy inside at the counter I think it was the manager he was friendly and helpful he got the soda machine stocked again, and it was clean inside and I was served fairly quickly. If you ever find yourself contemplating a visit to this Arby's, let me be your guiding light in this abyss of absolute hopeless despair. Upon entering, one is greeted not by the aroma of freshly roasted beef, but rather by the pungent stench of neglect and decay. Approaching the counter you realize that with each step, the unmopped floor holds itself to the bottom of your shoe, and blinded by your hunger you think to yourself, “This probably won't get any worse.” But oh, the true horror awaits only a few steps away, revealing itself only after you’ve been fooled into paying for your order. Behold the soda machine, a veritable breeding ground for vermin and disease. Amongst the syrup laden countertop lies a treasure trove of actual rat droppings, and the absence of God’s presence truly begins to unfold before you, as you now wonder to the least dirty table you can find. But what of the staff? They are but spectral entities with vacant stares and indifferent attitudes. One could sooner strike up a conversation with a particularly unresponsive rock than elicit any semblance of customer service from these wraiths Your food is ready; time to eat. Lukewarm, dry, and desiccated, you drown your sandwich in sauces to regain some semblance of edibility, and with the poorest decision of your life, take a bite. It is only with post-hunger clarity that you begin to fear for your health as you must now clench your cheeks and waddle back to your car. You are now in a race against time as your body rejects the unholy offering. Save yourself the anguish, and likely hepatitis too, and steer clear of this Arby's. If this is what they’re willing to show you, then the sheer magnitude of filth and neglect behind the counter can only be imagined by those who have witnessed the horrors of war. Classic alternative to burgers. Classic Roast Beef sandwich was the choice of the day but the entire menu looks appealing. Service was quick and pleasant. Condiment station was clean and well stocked. Dining area was spotless. It is fast food, but it is done right.

They need lights at nighttime. You would think they were closed because they either did not have their outside lights on or they just forgot to turn them on. Also, the website said they were open and when we pulled up to the drive through, no one said a word. I had to say "your website says you are open, is this not accurate"...only then, did we find out it was in fact staffed and open. The service was great, once we got their attention. WE HAVE THE MEATS…? Although my Corned Beef Reuben was a little skimpy on the beef it was quite tasty. While the bread didn’t have much for rye flavor it was toasted well. The sauce and kraut were lovely. Kaleb, working the drive-thru was quick and courteous. Other than the occasional meatless bite it was a nice experience. EDIT: Stopped by again a week later for a Jalapeño Ranch Wrap was quite pleased with the quality. The grilled jalapeños we’re actually spicy which was fantastic! Oscar helped me in the drive-thru and let me know the taters were on happy hour so I snagged some tasty curlies. Very nice dude! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I may have broken the record for the longest wait in a drive thru. Sad thing is it was not the dinner rush and there was one car in front of me. We ordered the Reuben sandwich, classic Beef & Cheddar, Mozzarella sticks, and Loaded Curly Fries. I really liked the Reuben sandwich here compared to other Arby's I've been to. My kids really liked the beef & cheddar sandwich and Mozzarella sticks. The loaded curly fries were surprisingly good. Order was not right, food was cold! Why bother being open past 9 if your employees could give a damn about the product they are presenting! I went out of my way because I was wanting a roast beef sandwich. Will DEFINITELY NOT be making that mistake again. No wonder WEN stock is sliding! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
