It was our first time at the Clio Applebees. Our host, the server and manager were all very nice! But first our bbq wings came out, very hard. My friend sent them back. Then I ordered my steak medium, it came out still mooing, my plate was covered in blood, it was like very rare. So i had to send it back. Then my other friend ordered the chicken sandwich, no pickles. There were pickles. By this point we spoke to the manager and as we were speaking my steak was returned to me burnt to a crisp. Like extra very well done. Luckily the manager saw it. All this was made right by the manager! (Hence, the 3 stars!) But I still must deduct two stars for several mistakes. Also we waited quite sometime before we were approached by someone to take our drink order and we definitely had to wait a while for refills. But our server was very busy and the place was packed! So this may not be normal, just sharing my honest review. Staff was so friendly and hardworking though! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Service was great, very attentive server. Food was even better. Everything done well. Hubby had 12oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, cleaned his plate. We waited 15 min for the waiter named Justin to come and take our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time. The food came out in a timely fashion. Needed a refill when the food came. It took 15 min and 5 times of him passing us to actually remember to grab them after our food refill came . He only had 3 tables and seemed to give all his attention to one of them. The kitchen was bickering and yelling the entire time. The food at tables around us was getting sent back. Our wings where cold first round and slightly undercooked the second round. Overall a poor experience, spend the few extra dollars and get a real dining experience at lucky around the corner . The waitress was miserable. She was an older lady with long grey hair. She was also the bartender. Tue jan 16 around 430ish. She did not want to be there and made it clear. We felt very uncomfortable. Ruined are dinner!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
