Everyone knows Applebees isn’t a 4 star restaurant. Ok. But, they can still strive in other ways such as actually doing their job right. I ordered dessert to go. They burned my blondie into a crisp then decided to put it at the bottom of the bag under my other desserts. I had to go back out in the cold just to get another one. Then when I get the other one, they had given me a half scoop of ice cream. Smh, it’s sad actually that these businesses play with peoples food and money the way they do. If you don’t want to work at Applebees then don’t work there, simple as that . Also, just do the job you were hired to do. That’s the bare minimum. People are so lazy and careless, it’s disgusting. I can't deny, until this trip my wife and I hadn't visited an Applebee's in over twenty years (yes, years) because the service was so awful. All this time later and this visit was more of the same! We sat at our table for over an hour before we were even greeted and given glasses of water! When our "order" finally came, it was both cold and incorrect. Not once did anyone apologize or even explain why. Never coming here again...fool us once... Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i never will eat here again. this is the worst place i have ever been. we found hair in our food and the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. when we asked for water be the sweet tea was so bad, she FORGOT and started talking to her coworkers that weren't working at all and sitting in a booth. i genuinely cannot believe this and her name was natasha these people are terrible workers and just sit around and don't do anything. and she won't be getting a tip. Not busy. Seated fine. Service was poor. Took almost 15 minutes to get our salads. No silverware. Had to ask for some. Over 5 minutes later, no silverware, had to get up and ask for some from the girl who seated us. No napkins given. Had to ask. Took over 5 minutes to get some. Had to ask for water refill. My wife and I both went to the restroom before it got filled. They were not busy at all. Food was good. Did upgrade us to a platter for the wait on the salads. Server was kind and apologetic, but nothing changed with the service throughout our visit. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
