Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked boneless wings, burgers and prawns. Order the delicious rum or good bourbon served here. Clients don't highly appreciate ice cream at this bar. Applebee's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to the guests' opinions, prices are average. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is homey. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I use to have good experiences at this location but it's gone down hill. Today we went in, ordered on the self serve menu that wouldn't let us pay so we clicked to pay at register and we stood there for over 5 minutes while employees just ignored us, just passed us without a word making us feel invisible. Against my better judgment, I came to Applebee's to have dinner with my son. I know that they are known for a low quality food, but figurative it would be okay. First, I show up and ask the host to sit us somewhere away from the door because it was 10° outside and very cold. Then the host locks us to the very back. Thinking that was going to be a good idea even though she satis right next to the delivery driver door that opened up every 5 minutes blasting us with cold air. My son asked for coffee and when she came out with a coffee he asked for cream and sugar. She came back three times after that and asked how his coffee was even though she didnt bring the cream and sugar. We asked for a new table and we're moved away. once we sat down at our new table I realized that my glass of water was a very large black object floating around in it. I put it out and she said she'd bring me new glass of water. About 15 minutes later she brings our food out and ask if we would like A1 sauce. After saying yes, she walks off and serves drinks, greet new guests, and takes another guests order. Then she comes back and says "oh I'll be back with your A1 sauce." Then she comes back with two new coffees with still no cream and sugar. Find the little device that's on the table was dead and didn't work. So we asked for a new answer. My son could play a game on it, we swiped our card and the touch screen didn't work. But it took our money anyway. I never got that water. My son never got the cream and sugar. Probably a good thing. Nothing special, had to ask for yellow mustard which was supplied in packets like I was at a fast food place. Ordered unsweetened tea and had to ask for artificial sweetener which was supplied out of the waitresses hand. Hostess was very nice and bubbly, everyone else appeared to be only half awake. My husband and I go here for their $20 sirloin and shrimp deal. My husband gets the double French fries side and added $0.99 breadstick. I tried the non alcoholic Mai Tai, for $4 and it was excellent! I had heard that the Strawberry Lemonade was weak, so that's why I got the Mai Tai! Also, I tried the beef nachos, for $12.99. I believe it was, w/o jalapeños, cilantro, and white cheese sauce. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER THIS AGAIN! Super nice waitress, (the receipt showed Jennifer). It was a clean restaurant. Quick service! Would definitely come back again! *There are 2 accessible parking spots and no steps into the restaurant. There's even a cut in the sidewalk for wheelchair. I can't remember if the ladies restroom has accessible bars, sorry. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food might be good but service to customers is trash. There is this talk white lady, almost athletic looking said she was coming to respond to me. And I was standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for her or just someone to respond to me for my pick up other. All what she does is just laugh with other colleagues and rambling all over the places. Meaningwhile there is another waiter at the cashier's desk, we were making eye contact and she didn't even bother to check in with me. No hard feelings, but if I hadn't work in such industry I would assume it's a norm. But I left and tried other place. Not sure I will return anytime soon Service: 1

Monday Jan 15th around 5:30-7PM. So I spent about an hour and a half here. Pretty slow service. The food was good. However, the server was slow and the payment was really were the issues arise. It took 30 minutes just to pay!! After the bill was dropped off it took 10 minutes for her to collect payment. I told her to use a certain gift card first, then the full gift card. I even pointed out that the pin that is scratched is the first gift card to use then the other. Well she messed that up. Then she asked if she should correct it. Well yeah. I told her. That was a mistake because it took about another 20 minutes to fix the issue. I don't even know if she charged everything correctly because I didn't get a itemized receipt back. Just my balance. I feel like it was off a bit. I was late for a meeting at 7. So I had to rush out as I was already waiting 30 minutes to pay. I was late for my meeting. I didn't think it would take 30 minutes to pay or I would have chosen elsewhere or informed her of this. Not happy. Not sure I want to return to this location. Very unhappy.
