Waited 40 minutes for a severely under-cooked, gray rib eye. Whole plate was cold. Asked them to return it when they brought it back under-cooked a second time. Waited over 25 minutes for a server to even acknowledge we were seated while 3 others literally looked at us. Another five for waters to show up. Was able to play an entire game of cribbage before our food came. The waiter took our silverware so we had to finish eating our chicken wings with knives because he didn't bother to come back. I would highly recommend the Buffalo Wild Wings that conveniently shares a parking lot with this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Forgot something in my order, said they would email me a gift card as compensation, never emailed me. Only reason I’m giving one star is because the waitress who rung me up was nice. Otherwise severely disappointed in the manager who “handled” this.

I had a very relaxed and delicious lunch with a friend today at the Applebee’s Restaurant in Apple Valley, MN. We ordered a “Pick Two” full-size entrées with two side salads or an appetizer for the value price of only $32.00. The food and service were both great and they gave my friend a complementary brownie dessert for her birthday.

We had an overall great time here. Our server was friendly but obviously working the tip. We asked for various things, and he routinely forgot or took a long time to deliver.
