After having a horrible experience at the VALPO Applebees , my wife and I used a gift card at this location . I was completely surprised how great the service was the manager Al was super attentive working hard cleaning table, refilling drinks I am not use to seeing such great team work . My waitress Tabitha was amazing ! She was kind and attentive. My food come out so fresh and hot ! The steak was really good I will eat at this location again ! Told us it was a 25 min wait. But never stopped and actually greeted us. Once seated it didn’t seem like the kitchen was on hold at all. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Manager Liz should be fired. My family and I went for dinner and had the absolute worse food, rude manager Liz had terrible customer service and the atmosphere was was tense and unsettling. Our server Lesley was awesome but in training. Employees walked out and quit. The cook quit so we had no idea who prepared the disgusting food. Was served raw chicken wings that my 2yr old niece started to eat on. 3 other families walked out and loudly voice their displeasure with the food and service. Food is as expected for the price range, not bad. However, a couple things I've noticed on these trips to this location: they will definitely seat you by the color of your skin. No joke. White people usually get the window front seats while darker skinned families get seated towards the back or middle. I'm not complaining it just always feels a bit weird. Also, trainers should train their people without feeling the need to overtake the orders. Trainee was doing a great job but trainer seemed to not let a word out of the trainee. Service was slow. Hardly even saw the server. When they seated us they didn't even ask if we needed a high chair even though we had a small child with us. From the point of being seated it took at least 10 minutes before being greeted or anything from the server. Multiple tables around us that came in after we did had appetizers and drinks before we had anything. When we received our food it was very cold. They definitely don't know how to cook a steak either we both ordered medium and one was so over cooked, dry, and hard that it might have all have been tasteless shoe leather. The other was so raw they might as well have brought the cow to the table. The whole experience took about 2 hours.
