I honestly wish I could give no stars. We placed a pickup order at 430 this afternoon and were told to pick up at 459. We arrived and waited until 515 for them to bring the order out. Got home and of course missing food. Called because one of the items was a main dish, Oriental chicken salad with NO almonds, nut allergy. We also ordered burgers for kids, NO pink. We cut into the burgers and clearly they thought we marked blue rare. Called to report missing food and they asked us to return, 45 minutes later the whole order was remade. Brought it back home and yep still issues. Almonds all over the salad, trashed that and still pink burgers. So if you’re ordering pickup from here you definitely want to check food and definitely make sure it’s cooked all the way. Side note they sent an email to tell them how satisfied are you with the order, click the button and all it does is says loading, clearly they know what I will say. Tessa has been here for five years. She was very cordial and thorough of the heart making sure we have what we needed. The burger was just the way. I liked it. Bacon, tomato iceberg lettuce shrubs and she brought out to ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise so I can add just what I wanted. she told me that people stay here a long time. Her bartender had been here 15 years felt like this was more of a family environment and they really cared about their patrons. Came in for the all you can eat special. Fast friendly service. I ordered the quesadilla chicken salad and it was AMAZING. Martha was our server and bartender. I liked how her and the other server tessa worked together to serve the entire floor. All you can eat is worth it. Went to the Federal Way Applebees off 320th and glad I did. They have a holiday specials menu. The staff were friendly and the food excellent. I ordered off the Holiday Special menu, took a pic of the item I ordered for comparison to what I got. Let me tell you it looked great and tasted awesome. I will be back, highly recommended! I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated while there is only about 10 tables taken. They had about 20 open tables while staff was just standing around. Not sure why we could not be seated. I had the grilled chicken breast, French fries, steamed broccoli, and a lava cake Ala mode. Everything was excellent! My grand daughter had Mac n cheese with chicken tenders. She said it was fine. Service was excellent but the food not so much. Steak was cold and rare rather than medium, artichoke dip was too hot to eat, especially for a child. Didn't cool down until almost finished with meal. So last night I ordered a grilled chicken oriental salad for pick up, I went inside, it was a late night, so I came in after 11 when I got there. I waited about a good 10 to 15 minutes and I watched about three servers walk past me without greeting me, no one asked if I had been helped and all the servers that I saw had these stoic looks on there faces. Finally, a young lady came and asked if I had been helped and she assisted me with getting my order. When I got home I noticed that number one, the chicken was half chopped up. There were big slices of chicken and then as I got ready to toss the salad, I noticed that there was a piece of plastic that was left in my salad. I’ve eaten at this location plenty of times and at night I’ve never had a piece of plastic left in my salad. The fact that they worry about the staff first means that the service will be good and food will be awesome 👌 I couldn't say less. Inexpensive delicious American meal and alcoholic drinks! $6 for the drink on my photo, great portion too. Attentive service. Their fries is crispy and served hot! Buffalo and cheetos wings are the bomb! Get ready to have acid reflux tho. To-go container is not microwaveable. My fave go-to is the swiss mushroom burger, wings, and salads! So many to chose from with affordable price tag! I recommend this place to locals or tourists.
