I went there for dinner with my friend. We both got charged $5 each in tip that we didn’t put. Contacted the customer service and was able to get the refund in a week or so. Didn't even eat, just sat and then left. Is there a reason the thermostat has to be set to 100 degrees in there? It felt too hot as soon as we stepped in, we had to take off our coats immediately but then was sat under a vent where it felt like standing in front of an open oven. A little overboard. I get maybe not wanting people to be too comfortable that they sit forever, but it was kind of ridiculous how hot it was.
