Came in today and ordered the 2 for 25 . My husband and I got the steak dinners they come as a 6 oz but my husband wanted an 8 oz instead so the waiter assumed I wanted the same and gave me a 8oz as well no big deal on that however the garlic sauce - topping wasn’t on there so the steaks were plain. Then we asked if we could substitute Mac and cheese for the broccoli and she said yes we asked her how much of a difference price and she said there wasn’t any. So she misinformed us on that it ended up costing us an addition 6 dollars for this which wasn’t worth it. after we received the food no one ever came back to check on us, no refills on water , the steaks were supposed to have a garlic seasoning of some sort maybe some sauce they came plan and the potatoes were cold The waitress Alaina was very rude not one time was there any sense of welcoming no smile no hi how are you when she first approached us the words were what do you want to drink. very unfriendly. I used to come here a lot there was a really decent guy who worked there we would have him help us when we would come in, he is no longer there so we will not come back to this location especially after this visit. Hopefully you will have a better experience when you come here and hopefully the person serving you will be a lot kinder than the one I had. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Zorel, our waitress, was amazing. She was kind, efficient, checked on us just the right amount of times, not too much and not too little. She was sweet with my kids and had humor with me and my husband. It made the meal even more enjoyable. Our dinner and blondie dessert were sooo yummy! My man José was amazing. He for sure gets all the girls. He hooked us up with 8 all you can eat plates. 10/10 would recommend. My friends and I went in for a much needed, "ladies luncheon", and everything was wonderful! Great service, food and beverage. I'll admit, I didn't take as many pictures as I would at other times; let's just say, I was sidetracked a bit with our groups festivities...lol. I have to say this though, the staff at Applebee's, helped make our gathering that much better. I haven't been fan of Applebee's in the past... largely because of not really finding much on their menu that I cared for... I know, that may sound weird; this time, there were so many delicious options, it was difficult to deside😊. So, this will be one of my "go-to", choices from here on out😁.
