Great food! Great service! Great prices! Quick service, food was seasoned well, brought to the table hot and we were well attended by the waiter. So to the manager who took my order last night She decided to end curbside for the night, because I was African-American, She told me I needed to come in and get my food but she was unaware that an angel was already standing outside at the curbside prepared to take my order To this young lady, who took my order and gave me the best curbside service I have ever experienced. I would simply like to say thank you for being exactly who you are it will not go unnoticed in life. She told me to enjoy my dinner, and that was that she even went back inside to get extra condiments for me, I was so exhausted mentally after a long day these are the people we need to continue to grow our economy. She had no idea what she did for me and how deep it touched my spirit and I just really am so humbled and so thankful for sweet spirited people like her she absolutely embodies , what this restaurant needs to represent their chain the manager and the curbside waiter need to switch positions she can learn a thing or two about simple, kind gestures. I can’t even put it into words how this young lady made me feel, but I will be returning with the hopes of running into her again , amazing work. She is doing for this restaurant. Where do i start. Just know I’m not lying. First beer tasted like a gas station bathroom 2nd beer tasted like it was 4 years old. Then we got food. The kid literally dumped our food on the table. Chicken was legitimately still cold. Not just mine but even the people sitting next to me at the bar AND THEY WORKED HERE TOO. THEY CAME FOR DINNER ON THEIR DAY OFF AND STILL ASKED FOR THEIR FOOD FOR FREE. The burger was definitely made yesterday and the pasta is just whatever noodles they had left. BEST PART. I used the bathroom. I guess you just go wherever you want here from what i can tell. Theres a sign out front that says “Proudly serving fuquay since 2005” i think you 19 years is long enough. This is something ill tell my kids about one day. EDITED UPDATE: I couldn’t live without reporting to wake county health and safety. I already called out of work tomorrow because I am increasingly sick within an hour of eating there and both of my friends have thrown up several times already. This place is not safe. My fries was cold slaw was trash boneless hot wings was super salty I asked did they taste the food before they put it out she said they can't smh I asked for the manager he came out didn't even have manners very poor Customer service rudeness at its best. We have been to this Applebee's several times recently. This time the food tasted like it had been microwaved. The french fries were hard and cold. All the other food was cold as well.
