Visited today for dinner with my 2 little ones and myself. The atmosphere was friendly, cleanliness was noticeable, and our waitress Aurora was outstanding! She was knowledgeable about the current deals and the menu, she really made our experience today a delight! Food came out at a good time, hot, and delicious! will not eat here anymore due to heath violations. The men's restroom doesn't get clean often, nor does the soap dispenser get refilled. on several occasions, I see the cooks use restroom when there isn't any soap in restroom. And warning to all, do not send food back. The two times I brought food back I got sick. I thought the first time I sent food back it was just coincidence. May be hearsay, I heard that they have a certain game for when food gets brought back. Order was very simple. Burger and Fries...Here's my address deliver it to me. Order shows up, not even close to what I ordered. Chicken fingers, some taco salad. I run outside to grab the driver and she said I had to call the restaurant "soooooorrry" as she drove away. Ok, I get it mistakes are made. Come inside call the restaurant. Manager comes on and says I will give you the refund if you want to start ordering again...What? you have my information just bring we what I ordered? Nope extra steps for the customer. You want me to reorder my food and go back into the hour long que? LOL that's not going to happen. So I hung up frustrated with their lack of effort to just do whatever they could to make it right. I manage a business, when something goes wrong I do whatever I can to make it right. Including having my employee drive to them to make it easier. From the simple delivery person, and I mean simple as in mind of a 3 year old body of a 40 year old. To the female manager that took my phone call you are both idiots. Terrible customer service...I know people take these reviews with a grain of salt. I will never order/or eat here again... Went here recently and was impressed at how quickly the staff was moving, but more importantly how fast my food was delivered. I noticed everything was cooked perfectly even broccoli. I don’t even like broccoli but I ate it. The waitress made sure I was taken care of and kept my drinks full. Even the Manager checked on me. I will def be back. Solid Sunday lunch/dinner spot. Mary the bartender was warm and friendly. She kept the conversation up until my food arrived. Bourbon chicken with shrimp onions and mushroom, side of garlic mash loaded Delicious and fresh. Kudos to the chef on 1-7-24 @ 2pm. I look forward to returning. Applebee's is far down the list of my family's favorite places. Between being not such a hot menu and some outdated business model. There's something that seems old outdated about the place. The food isn't bad, but it also isn't something you're going care to remember. Our experience happened at the busiest of times. Saturday evening at 6pm. They were not even close to being filled to capacity like Famous Dave's or Texas Road house. Our waitress was excellent, and we did eat and fill our basic needs, but I probably wouldn't have a return trip in the future anytime soon. I would say if you're in a spot and need somewhere, that is definitely going to be easy in and out. This is your place. I had stopped in for dinner with my friend on Wednesday Night. From the start, the host, Brooke, was very nice and welcoming. We had been sat very quickly. I had the pleasure of being served by Jessica, who was very kind throughout the night. The food came out quick, and tasted amazing. Me and my friend were very satisfied, even got food to go, and will be returning.
