Our waitress took our orders and then we saw her 1 more time and that was to give us the bill. 2 other waitresses brought our appetizer and our food. We sat and watched people who ordered after us, get their food and leave before wr even got ours. Then we had to ask for silverware from another waitress because ours never brought any at all. I went to have a special birthday dinner and it didn't get acknowledged even though the people sitting behind me and my guy got treated well for the birthday thing they were served, got a dirty look from who appeared to be a manager when I told the server that it was my birthday dinner and he clearly heard me being tha he was standing fairly close and the snobby look I got I know he hears me telling the server that it was my birthday. The food I ordered was disgustingly spicy and salty and had to send it back, I'm satisfied with the service of that being taken care of with no issues. I don't think I will go back if it's a special occasion because I felt put out for that one. It was still nice regardless simply because of who took me to dinner. We ordered food with NO mushrooms due to a food allergy. The food came out with mushrooms and the manager was kind enough to let us know that the shrimp and the onions are cooked on the same grill as the mushrooms. So this means my husband only gets to have half of the meal. The waitress Cynthia asks what we would like to drink and if we want an appetizer when we first arrived. We ordered coffee and boneless wings. She comes back and takes out order 2 meals for $32 menu...she again asked if we want an appetizer...I responded that we already ordered one. She responded that if we are going to order the meal deals we should tell her that prior to ordering the appetizer and that she will have to ask the manager if he will remove the separate charge from the check since I had failed to tell her before seeing the menu what I was going to order. Following the mushroom issue which my husband used the fork to lift the chicken to church for mushrooms we asked for a clean fork which never was supplied by the waitress... so I went and got it myself...NEVER AGAIN!!! Don't fall for the onion rings if you order To-Go. You get 5 total for a $2 upcharge. Absolutely disappointing and will not be making that mistake again. Our To-Go hostess was amazing. Everything else was okay, I mean, it's Applebee's. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
