Had the best steak with Alfredo sauce, melted cheese, garlic butter, and topped with fried onions. Amazing!! Gabriella, the waitress, was so fun helping us with all the menu selections, and Buddy the cook came out to our table to personally see how we liked the new steak dish. What GREAT service!! We walked out and said “Taco Bell or McDonald’s would’ve been a better choice” this was so bad, I try never to leave negative reviews. Drinks were horrible, food was disgusting and I had food safety concerns, service was slow and just horrid. At one point our server spilled a drink, and it sat there for 10 minutes at least. When we left the spilled drink hadn’t been cleaned, just rubbed around with a mop. The whole area was still so wet. Our apps and mains came out within 90 seconds of each other, we were never offered refills on soft drinks or water. We ordered a spinach artichoke dip, it died under the lamps and then sat there another 5 minutes. There plate it was served on had brown grease spots on it, like drippings from a steak. I’d love to give more info to ownership, I don’t even want coupons or reimbursement. You’re going to make someone sick. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
