Wind dirt and stood there and waited forever. And nobody even greeted us or seated us at all. The Silvers are no good. There were plenty of tables and open and there wasn't that busy, but they still didn't even greet us or service or even seat us and they had like 8 people waiting.
Do not eat here. I ordered pasta to go and they literally tried to give me undercooked pasta with scorching sauce . Food poisoning is a serious thing .disgusting

Applebee's has never disappointed us until now. They have always had amazing service until we came to THIS location. My husband and I came for our Anniversary and we told that they "were full and it was a 30 minute wait" when more than half of the restaurant was empty. So after a while we decided to leave, we will not be coming to this location again.

My house salad had Frozen tomatoes and old cucumbers. My husband ordered the all-you-can-eat and the server never came to our table to fill any of the extra orders the sodas never were refilled. We left a tip but we won't be back. Very disappointing because I usually order out about three nights a week from this store. Now I know your quality practices, I will reconsider where I place my order.

I have lived in the "neighborhood " for years and been to this location several times. Every time I come, it's disappointing daytime and night. The servers take forever to wait on you (even when the restaurant is slow). Food is just plopped down once it arrives, if not thrown on the table. They get at least one thing wrong in the order. I hoped this time would be better after a long hiatus, but it's still the same--terrible service and the staff doesn't seem to care. I love Applebees, but this place is awful. There are other places to eat and I will spend my money elsewhere next time. Just because it's Nellis and the Eastside, it doesn't mean the quality goes down with it.

We had the regular ribs and the riblet plate and spinach/ artichoke dip and it was all good. Service was good in this trip but this location is lacking servers so if you go during a busy time you will have a wait due to the lack in servers.

Waitress was very slow, food was cold when it came out. Waitress never came around to table to ask if we needed anything until she dropped off bill. Add for all you can eat baby back ribs wasn't available the day the add came out on tv.
