I always come here with high expectations, but the food at most just above average. I wouldn’t necessarily rush back here again.

I went in on a Thursday at 9 pm. for a light snack and a drink since i had a flight at 6 am. the next day. I chose to sit at the bar since I felt it would be quick and the adult drinks were in its vicinity. I waited about ten minutes with no service, even though the bartender was talking about living in the Highlands to other patrons. The bartender excuse herself for not tending to me at around 5 minutes of me sitting waiting, but still, after 10 minutes, she still didn't come back around to ask for my order of food or drinks. So I got up and went back to the front door hostess and asked for a table since I was not going to get any service at the bar. I got a little better service at the floor seating area. I dont know why I felt unwelcomed but the waitress did her best in providing service on the floor. I counted only 15 tables filled on the floor. It was mildly busy but not enough to warrant slow service. The food was good, but the service needs work, so a customer feels like a regular. Lastly, only certain drinks are available during happy hours when those drinks use the same liquor as the ones not available during happy hour.

I am sitting in here now. Brought my two teens. Our waitress Brooke started off great. My son ordered the all you can eat deal. We got our drinks and food. Say in the bar area, she is also the bartender. Not too crowded. 10 min pass we have been our of drinks, my son had not been able to reorder. We can see her just talking to 2 females at the bar. I'm trying to be patient. 5 more mins pass, she is now joking with another coworker. I literally have to get up and walk over to ask for more drinks and food. Very frustrating, hard to enjoy your meal when you can not get helped.

The food was great. 3 cheese pasta with chicken and the endless shrimp, chicken wings & riblets. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Great for families or to watch a game in the bar area. We'll definitely go back.

The service was awful. We ordered a steak dinner and One of their all you could eat specials. The steak had no flavor and was as hard as a rock. As for the all you could eat platter, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The boneless wings could break glass. The rivets were decent, however, they bring them in two and two. when I asked why the fries and the riblets were taking so long, the waiter responded, oh, I’m sorry I forgot to let them know to make more. Overall, they try to stretch your mail out with longer wait time in between refills than what they give you of each time , all this, in the hopes that you’ll leave. Enclosing we did leave. Not a good experience at all and I wouldn’t come back here again.
