this is the second time i visit this place, it doesnt disappoint.

We were amazed by how stup*d the staff think we are. I’ve been to many Applebees throughout my life on many different places, and have been a loyal customer of them through the Dollarita seasons. We asked for the Dollaritas and we were given shot glasses. We talked with our server because this was the first time we had been given these on a size that small (literally two slurps).
She told us that the managers of this Applebees follow the rules established by the CEO’s in terms of the size but the other restaurants do as they prefer (give bigger sizes). This was not logical, so we searched on Applebees official website, and the size of the Dollarita was exactly what we were saying, instead of what was being provided. Sure, it’s just $1, that does not bother me (maybe a little since I am paying $1 for literally two slurps), but what enraged me was the server lying to us on our face. Proof attached.
Hence, don’t come to this Applebees, they do not follow the franchise rules and make their own, they also lie to their consumers. Being a Puerto Rican, this is a perfect example of how corrupted our own people are, and then have the decency to complain about being taken advantage of.

Excellent service all around! Our waitress was very courteous and knowledgeable. The food was great, with great flavor and arrived on time. This is not a "fast food" restaurant so it's a bit more pricey.

Costillas Con Papas Fritas
This has been the worst experience. We sat in the table for an hour waiting for our appetizer and food. Finally 40 minutes later the appetizer came, cold. My boyfriend had ordered the chicken pasta. 20 minutes later the pasta came, but it came with SHRIMP. My boyfriend is extremely allergic to shrimp. Even the smell gives him allergies.
Waitress told us she forgot to put the food in. This is unacceptable.

Slow, ordered burgers wasn't ask temperature. I had to tell server that I wanted it med. Asked for management twice, never showed his face. First time and last time. Full staff and all of them didn't make one. 3 different serves spilled sodas in 3 different tables. The place is sad to say a disaster. Wish them luck.

I loved the fast service . Andres was very pleasant . attentive and accommodating our requests. The best service out all other restaurants in the area that I have visited so far.

Ordered take out. At the store I asked them to double check and confirm all food was in the order. Got home and found 2 missing items. When I called the store they could only offer me a refund in 3-6 weeks and then proceeded to ask me for all my CC and personal information. I refused to give them all that information and requested they just refund back to the transactions that just happened. They told me that wasn't possible and against their store policy.

It's a nice place, with a weird seating arrangement but makes it good for smaller groups or intimate diner with your significant other. We asked for the special menu, as they purposely take it out. The food is good, quality and presentation is good, I just prefer a little more taste on my food. It needed just a bit more seasoning IMO. 2 for $30 dinner is what we had with the included appetizer... Onion Rings are the BEST!!! I would've like a different sauce. Over all its good!
