I've been here twice with my husband. The atmosphere, service, and food were perfect! We will continue to return, and the never-ending wings, riblets, and double crunch shrimp end on February 8th. The all you can eat chicken the first plate was great after that the chicken is just so breaded its definitely not worth it. Beer could definitely be colder. Service was great from Fathom I believe her name was. She gave above and beyond customer services! She was the bar tender. This is the most awful place to eat .the waitress was nasty attitude spoke to the children about there order had to come back for the adult order act like we wasn't sitting at the table ! She didn't even put my order in and then proceeded to say it will me another 10 minutes if I want to order something but I gave you my order then got mad cause I didn't want anything .my sis keep asking for a1 sauce never got it no refills . then she came back with our tickets am getting ready to leave I need yall to pay for your meals and still proceeded to put the meal I order on the ticket when I said something it was a problem ! and no ! I didn't leave a tip nor did my sister nasty attitude and the service with the staff was awful! will not ever go back and she need help this has been run down over the years !!!!!!! Good family restaurant with reasonable prices.I had a prime rib dipper and my nephew had a chicken and shrimp dish with mashed potatoes. They were ok. The patron margarita, howerer, was excellant. The service was on the %15 side. I do think they need a tv on the south side of the restaurant. We were there on a saturday afternoon and I couldnt see the football game.

The food took a lot longer to prepare about 20 mins, nothing hard, burgers and fries. It was fairly empty in the seating areas. It took 5+ minutes to get a drink. The wait person was friendly and served us well. But the long food and drink times were a disappointment. I had my usual the four cheese mac and cheese with tenders and bacon. It wasn't hot or even warm. The employees were nice though and that's a plus. I would recommend checking the food to make sure it's hot before sending it out.

The service was terrible. I had to ask for my drink twice and still didn't get it until I had my food. I never received utensils, thankfully most of what I had didn't need utensils but I'd still like to have had some. I got there about 10:00 p.m. so I'm sure that they were getting ready to go home however they didn't close until 11:00. The staff was watching "nasty" utube videos very loudly. Very unprofessional. The prime rib dipper was delivered w/o the aus ju. I noticed & informed the server Nick. He then took an order at the next table & then proceeded to clean a table near us. I told him my food was getting cold. At that time he got the dip & delivered it. By then, my sandwich was cold. The air conditioning was set pretty low. It was cold.
