While the Italian cuisine at the restaurant was generally enjoyable, our experience was marred by a spicy pizza that caused an allergic reaction for my wife. The staff neglected to mention the dish's heat level or potential allergens, indicating a need for better training in customer service and allergen awareness.

The prices are a bit high for many items, but the portions are good. This place is definitely one of the better Italian restaurants. We enjoyed the ambiance as it's in the Diaspora Village, outside the Mexican house.
We were a bit concerned about the heat, being that it's all outdoor seating, but the shade offered by the village and the trees made for a nice experience!

Visited the Batroun branch and for a place with so many branches you would be surprised of how bad service can be..
Fortunately, the food was quite lovely but in smaller portions than elsewhere however; the service.. None of the waiters were paying the slightest attention to any of the tables (everyone around us was complaining), and when finally one waiter saw us and told our waitress to assist us, she openly scoffed on her way to us. Moreover, I asked for balsamic vinegar and while we were in the middle of our meal the waitress decided to move it to the other table without saying a word. Bref, train your waiters for the service that people are paying for.

The place is so beautiful and reminds me of being in Italy.
Unfortunately the staff is slow and the portions of food are small for the money that you will pay.

The table towels are dirty and when we asked the waiters to change it they came and put some water and remove the dirt. The chairs were broken, we changed many chairs until we found 4 in an acceptable condition.
All the time you will be hearing the noise of the food preparation from the kitchen and is a high voice..
We all like animals but is frustrating to eat while cats are all around..
Food are good except for the pizza is not tasty at all..
I dont recommend this place for anyone especially that is not clean.

The place is really nice in the Diaspora village, busy and well maintained.
The service was good.
Food was average.
We ordered the Carbonara pasta and it was missing the taste and the Quattro Pizza was tasteless unless your bite contains blue cheese.
