Love, love, love this place. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and fairly priced. I had one of the best cosmos I have ever had. We don't live close, so we can't get there often, but anytime I am in Bethlehem, that's where I'm going. I went there for dessert. I ended up getting a burger with mushrooms, delicious. My SO got the carrot and Mexican chocolate cake. Nice portion sizes on all items, extremely sweet. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great restaurant week lunch! The food is delicious! The French onion soup was super thick, and the croutons were the perfect crunch contrast from the velvety smooth broth. The breading on the fish was light and crunchy, and everything came out super hot. The service was excellent at the bar. Too bad it was mid week during the work day, because they make a great dirty martini and really any cocktail. Excellent service, but the food’s really not for me. I feel sick after eating food that’s overly greasy. Everything was overloaded with fat. The place was crowded with a significant wait time, so obviously a lot of people love the food. But if your tastes are anything like mine, this might not be the restaurant for you. I appreciate the waitstaff for giving me a heads up about which dishes lean sweet—it’s on me for ordering the shrimp anyway. I ate at Apollo Grill for the first time a week ago Friday with my sister and my niece. The food was excellent but this review is prompted because Rachel, whom I believe is a manager, was simply outstanding. I have a shellfish allergy and ordered the tuna. I immediately realized I forgot to mention my allergy and asked someone passing to find our server. Rachel arrived and I explained the situation. She asked about cross contamination, ran back and forth to the kitchen to talk to the chefs and even brought out their recipe for fish stock (made in house) to go over the ingredients with me. The fish was seared in a separate pan on the flattop and was delicious. And I must not forget to mention the bread pudding— out of this world! I haven’t been to Apollo in quite a while so I was excited to go back. The food was excellent. Some of the best French onion soup I’ve ever had. We just ordered a feast of apps which were all great. We ordered martinis, which are our go-to drinks of choice, they were just okay. Service was good, but not overly friendly, I’m guessing due to the crowd they had. Definitely a solid choice for lunch/dinner in Bethlehem. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
